Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Unbed App account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables that were included in the box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous shipping labels are visible.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians receive and inspect the device for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
